Yes kids get recess and PE. I do think that the Recess playground duties need to go thru a class on teaching them how to work with children though. I have had my kids in 2 different schools and it is a world of difference. One school the duty was plain nasty to my kids, but going to another school the one are GREAT. Kids need to be kid and be allowed to do kids things and when a person does not like them and calls them out for every LITTLE thing then maybe they should not be working that said job.
